It will be as if no one was ever in your home. We find a time to take pictures of your home and list it on popular services like Airbnb and VRBO.

Short Term Tenant Screening and Management

We screen each tenant before they are allowed into your condo. We install ring doorbells and smart locks on your door to ensure it is not possible to have extra guests, parties, or unaccounted for tenants inside your condo. We will not have access to the ring doorbell or smart locks while you are at your condo. We treat each property like our own. We never pressure owners to rent out their property on a weekend/day they do not want to.

Cleaning and Setup

The final and hardest part of hosting on Airbnb or VRBO is actually cleaning and preparing your condo for another guest (or the homeowner). We make sure to send our team of professional cleaners to go in and wash all the sheets re make all the beds and vacuum all the floors once a tenant leaves.
